Red Ribbon Week – Oct 25-29

The Red Ribbon Campaign is a national drug prevention program established in 1980, and the last week of October is Red Ribbon Week.  Here at Holladay we are emphasizing the importance of making healthy choices by wearing different outfits each day of the week. Monday (10/25) we’ll wear red to show that we are ready to make healthy choices.  Tuesday (10/26) we’ll wear bright colors because our future is bright.  Wednesday (10/27) we’ll wear mixed match clothes to remind ourselves that we feel wacky when we’re unhealthy.  Thursday (10/28) we’ll wear sports shirts because we feel better when we’re team players. Friday (10/29) is book character day!  We’ll come dressed as a book character since good characters make healthy choices.
