Do you have a child who will turn five by September 30, 2026? Then it's time to register for kindergarten! (If you would like to delay enrollment for one year you can complete this form). We recommend starting the process online. You can fill out many of the forms starting on March 23rd. Click here for more information (available in four languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese). The forms can also be completed in person at school. In person registration begins April 9th at Holladay from 8:30 am -6:00 pm. Please bring the following required documents with you: birth certificate, proof of residency, immunizations, and physical exam.
